This show is about a group of 8th to 12th graders at Degrassi
Community School. Kids at DCS deal with all kinds of issues (i.e.
sex, drugs, dating, rape, abortion, homosexuality and oral sex).
In the second season DCS merges with a nearby high school, so
everybody is still at the same school. This show is basically
based on the episodes of Degrassi Junior High as well as Degrassi
High. Some characters from those two shows are in Degrassi: The
Next Generation with the part of teachers, parents, etc....
When does Degrassi air?
The show is on The-N in the U.S. at 8 on Fridays and in Australia.
And on CTV of course Monday's at 8:30.
How many seasons of Degrassi: The Next Generation is there?
There are currently four complete seasons of Degrassi. Season
five is coming soon.
Why has The-N not shown Accidents Will Happen
The-N will not be airing AWH becuase of the subject of abortion.
Is there going to be anyone new to the cast or leaving the
cast?
Yes there will be Jay and Alex in season five. Sean, Terri and
Rick will not be returning.
